Thursday:
Someone in my Ceramics class didn't fire their piece and glazed it so the explosion messed up several of my pieces. Disappointment. More than six of my pieces got hit with ugly white shards. Someone's work even got attached to mine. Although I brought some home, ones that weren't too damaged.

Dinner was off, so was the raq ball. It's that time of the year everyone gets sick.
Since i did not have a chance taking my senior picture last week (because i didn't have a tie and a shirt) I decided to go there this Thursday. Unfortunately, this was the only week when Subturri was not working so my stylish looking black shirt, white vest and silver tie (Thanks to Eric and Brian, CSOM's know how to dress) was walked to McElroy for no reason. During rain. it was uncomfortable. I just laughed when the guy told me to come next week. I will be there.
Attended an event "Teach in alternative setting" where people from four different schools came. Among other interesting information i gathered this:
Things people look for in Teachers/Educators and other notes:
flexibility
volunteering
knowledge of content
potential
can do a lot of different things
experience
open to growth/learning
mission driven / intentional
love for children / youth
passion for subject area
after-school activities
catholic school faith integration
Things i should be aware of:
Support system
supervision, mentoring, overlooking, feedback,
critical feedback
classroom autonomy
curriculum development
community
professional development
These are all good; the points allow me to focus and think critically whether i am suited for this and whether i want to do this. So far it seems "yeah" to both of these. Oh us naive 22year olds. We think we got everything figured out.
Friday was another vegetarian day. I'm doing quite good on those, which i can't say the same for racquetball. I hope we will play on Sunday.
Didn't have Biochemistry so i got productive and wrote some LT4 related letters. We'll see how they go.
Michelle brought Left 4 Dead 2, which she borrowed from Kevin. It's quite an awesome game. Melee weapons, including chainsaw, axe, guitar, just to name few.

Finished my Splash presentation at aroun 1.30am and my class was at 10am. I also had to register 30min before my class started.
Fleabag show was hilarious. Went with Jason, Jeff, and Winston. Michelle joined us later. but the show started late so it was all cool. They were prepared, and did their job well. I dunno if i should go to their show Saturday Night too. If i didn't have any homework i'd totally down a can of Four Loko and go ballistic. Alas, I am a good student and should behave appropriately. (Mmmmm, Loko)
