Since i have almost a month of break, i need to make sure it's not all wasted in World of Warcraft. Yes, I'm one of those fools. I only play during breaks and vacations. I will make a calendar with days/dates/check-boxes to ensure my consistency and track my accomplishment. I will miss some. That's okay. It's all about improvement and overall picture. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. If you set your mind to it, you can achieve pretty much anything.
Ze list of DAILY things:
1. Do 20-30min reading in the morning, before jumping into World of Warcraft. I hear mornings are great for absorbing things, since you're brain is not cluttered with day's worth of stuff. We'll see how that goes. I don't know if i should implement a certain time by which i should be awake. It's still a winter break.
2. Do 10-20min of yoga/stretch/work out. Things that wake up my body. I need to get back into a good relationship with my body. Healthy strong body - healthy strong mind. They're connected or something. Sitting on my but all day does no good for my system.
3. Start flossing at night. I'm sorry it's hard to do, i never got into a habit of flossing and i know how important it is. Hopefully in the next month i will be able to insert some habituation into it.
4. Spend at least one hour away from Warcraft( which usually taked 8-12hours a day from me. Hey it's vacation) to fill up the PLACE application as well as research some of more opportunities for Education Masters. I will also need to email a bunch of people for some advice of what exists out there. I just don't know many opportunities, but i think i know some people who do. It's not important to know all the information, it's important to have a number/email of someone who knows the information needed.
5. Can't forget painting. I want to do it twice a week. Reasonable i think. And continue with the blog of course. I think i enjoy blogging enough to do it without check ups. Can you imagine this is my 53rd post? Go me. Go readers. All six of you :)
