After the show we had some time to eat and get going to the O'Connel House for some awesome CCE Murder Mystery. "Mario has finally succeeded in defeating Bowser. But all is not well in the Mushroom Kingdom. Rumor has it that there is something very powerful hidden away. When control of all the video game kingdoms is at stake, what will any of our characters stop at to get it? And when someone turns up dead, how will our characters find out who done it?"
Ze show was (w) great. Stephen B. stole the show completely. After that, Michelle and i stopped by ze Mc'Elroy.
As the evening was going to completion, Jeffrey & I were planning on going to bed. To sleep. To gether.
All of a sudden, i get a text, something about someone who knows my roommate something something who cares. Only 10minutes later our room fills up with people. Ten people. Ten minutes - ten people. Good thing i closed the door. (Did I?) Couple of my roommates were out are now back with some mutual friends. The shananigans go until about 3am. Jeffrey has to get up at 5am, so he choses not to even go to sleep. Wise, unwise. Decisions.
Had a lovely sleepy lazy Sunday afternoon. I found my card (which i misplaced into my SLEEPING pajama pants) and got some food. I did laundry. I cleaned the bathroom. I was good all day. Managed to get some painting done and accomplish zero school related work. I don't have anything due tomorrow. My last week was kinda crazy. I'm not ready to start doing work again :)
Went to table talk at 6pm. Got some free dinner (pita wrapped falafel mmm) and heard a professor talk about how Political comedy changed country's look at various Presidents and candidates. Quite interesting thang.
Through Groupon I made a contribution to Kiva.org which is a great place. You give a loan to someone who needs it, and they repay you once they're making profit. It's not charity, but rather an investment. Look into in during holiday seasons. One of really good bloggers wrote The Case Against Buying Christmas Presents. Interesting stuff. I'm much rather not get any shitty presents that nobody needs. Oh i hope my mother is reading this :) Love you. Only often you get me stuff that i just don't care for. Case example: a golden necklace. I don't wear necklaces. I don't care much for jewelry. It's just going to sit in its little box in my room until mothership forces me to wear it to some third aunt removed celebration. Don't get people crap they don't need. You are just clogging their space. Give memories, experiences. Give something that does not require space, except for a ticket stub, or a line in a diary.
