What is my body?

I think my big contribution to my relationship with my body occurred last semester when i was taking Physical Theatre. All the stretches we did, all the exercises. Later i found how great i felt, how great my body felt because of the things you do. Runners, swimmers, and other athletes will understand that your body is your machine, its part of you. Mind+body=you. *i do believe in mind OVER body, however*

I love food. many different kinds. i always try something new. With being vegetarian twice a week (Monday and Friday) i have discovered some vegetarian choices that i otherwise would've overlooked. because i love meat. and that's okay. But trust me, don't do/eat something you like for a semi-significant time and you realize how much you really love it. (i like driving, but i LOVE driving after not being able to do so for several months.)

Appreciation.

Often i consider food as a fuel for my body. Sure it may not taste super delicious (i DON'T eat food i can't tolerate) but i just think of it as a useful resource for my body; to keep it strong and healthy i eat vegetables. I have done several other food related experiments (1 month without chicken, and 2 separate 1-week of vegetarian only), but i think two days out of the week is a great balance, because i still have meat in my diet regularly, just not every single day.

On other notes:
finally dyed my hair green (the front and the back, not center... weirdo...)
My agore pic was this before.

Also had late night tea with Alvic, we chatted about things. good stuff.
I signed up for Subturri yearbook picture.
Also painted some today while watching "Get him to the Greek" and eating pistachios

Things i need to keep in mind:
Next Friday is Las Vegas Day, so I'll need to ask some people around who have a car on campus, who would be willing to drive me to Logan super early in the morning. Surely there will be cash prize money.

In 2007, when i was in OTE (Option through Education) i entered an oratorical contest and actually won 1st place and got myself some bookstore money.
Here is the article along with my "poem"

Why is yawning good for you.
